Emeritus Members to Life Term

At the September meeting of AdCom, the topic of the term of emeritus members of UFFC-S was reopened, having been tabled at the May 2014 AdCom meeting. The AdCom voted in favor of a term of life, replacing the existing term of five years. Formal changes to the UFFC-S Bylaws are necessary to implement this revised approach.
