IEEE Eric Herz Outstanding Staff Member Award, for demonstrated contributions to the goals, objectives, and success of the IEEE by a present or past full time staff member, with at least ten years of service.

Nominator Guidelines

6. Endorsers, Names and Addresses, E-mail. Endorsers should be familiar with the nominee's achievements and should state specific achievements that qualify the candidate for this award. Endorsers should also include a statement indicating how long they have known the candidate and in what capacity. (Minimum of three supporting letters required; maximum of five permitted.)

7. Proposed citation (no more than 25 words.) & Describe the impact the candidate has had on IEEE goals, objectives, and initiatives.

8. Describe how the candidate has demonstrated outstanding leadership in staff activities.
(Do not exceed 1200 words.)
