IEEE Morris E. Leeds Award

Recipients

The Morris E. Leeds Award was established in 1958 and was presented for outstanding contributions in the field of electrical measurement. Special consideration was given to contributions made before the candidate's thirty-sixth birthday.

The award has been superceded by the IEEE Joseph F. Keithley Award in Instrumentation and Measurement for presentation in 2004.
