IEEE Annual Election Candidate Biography Booklet

The annual election candidate biography booklet will only be provided to those who have indicated that they would like to receive the print biography booklet in their member preference profile and to those members who voted by paper ballot in the 2008 election. Members who transmitted their ballot electronically, or did not vote in the 2008 election, will not receive the candidate biography booklet. However, access to these materials is available electronically.

• Access and transmit ballot electronically at https://www.directvote.net/ieee/. To be authenticated electronically, please have your IEEE Web Account username/password.  If these are not available, a Control Number and E-signature have been provided on the paper ballot.

All eligible voting members will receive an election ballot and postage paid return envelope in the mail. 

Only ballots received by 12 o'clock noon, Central Time U.S.A. (17:00 UTC) on 1 October 2009 will be counted. Mail early to allow for delivery by the deadline, or access and transmit ballot electronically.  To authenticate access, please IEEE Web Account or the Control Number and E-signature located on your paper ballot.
