who have submitted their reference forms in support
of the application.

- This list is not automatically updated
with the submittal of forms or
documents. Please allow some time for new
information to be posted.
- In order for an application to be
reviewed at a Review Panel meeting,
the application, resume, and all the required
reference forms have to be received at the IEEE
Operations Center at least 10 days prior
to the meeting date. This provides ample
time to allow for processing, assembly,
and shipment of the application
packages to the meeting location.
- The results of an A&A Panel Meeting
are generally published within two weeks
after the meeting. View
