IEEE Transactions and Journals authors who are
not IEEE members with an invitation to join IEEE.

Each month, approximately 100
technical authors are invited to
join IEEE.

The logic behind the program is
simple -- if they are qualified to
be published by IEEE, they are qualified to
be -- and should be -- IEEE Members.

As an incentive to join, a one-year
free membership to any IEEE
Technical Society is included as part of the
membership (this offer is not transferable).

Many of these authors already
belong to other professional
societies but decide to accept our
invitation and join IEEE.
