The IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on Microprocessors and Microcomputers (TCMM) is involved with the architecture, design, and application of microprocessors and microcomputers. TCMM sponsors and facilitates technical activities across the disciplines of computer architectures, programming languages, and operating systems. TCMM sponsors the Hot Chips and Hot Interconnects conferences. TCMM members also act as guest editors for IEEE Micro on a yearly basis.
