IEEE Council on Superconductivity

The IEEE Council on Superconductivity promotes programs and activities that cover the science and technology of superconductors and their applications, including:

  • Small-scale analog and digital electronic circuits and systems;
  • Large-scale systems in MRI and power; and
  • Superconducting materials.
The Council sponsors well-recognized, international conferences, including:
  • Applied Super Conductivity Conference (ASC);
  • International Superconductive Electronics Conference (ISEC);
  • International Conference on Magnet Technology (MT).
Council-sponsored activities provide participants the opportunity to publish and collaborate on research, network with colleagues, stay current on news and events, develop standards, and participate in educational activities.

There are no membership requirements to join; participation in this Technical Council is free.
