Focuses are on land, airborne, and maritime mobile and portable communications services; vehicular electro-technology, automotive industry equipment and systems; and traction power, signals, communications, and control systems. The Society sponsors and/or co-sponsors various conferences, including the International Symposium on Wireless Vehicular Communications and the annual Vehicular Technology Conference.
