This is a cross-disciplinary journal disseminating research on the design of systems that can recognize, interpret, and simulate human emotions and related affective phenomena. Topics include, but are not limited to: sensing and analysis (i.e., analysis of spoken language for emotion recognition), psychology and behavior as they relate to affective computing, and behavior generation and user interaction.
